The Hellenic Network of Mechanical Ventilation (HR-HMV) is a national initiative that began in 2017 and is supported by medical and research institutions across the country. Through a secure web platform, the network\u2019s centers record data in a common format for adults and children with chronic respiratory diseases who use respiratory devices at home. Data from more than 8,000 patients have already been collected. The aim is to give an accurate picture of the situation in Greece, in terms of patient numbers, diagnoses, and the conditions under which mechanical ventilation and other home respiratory support devices are used, so that the data can support clinical practice, epidemiological research, and health policy planning.<span style=\"font-size: Its operation ensures full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the organization\u2019s relevant information security policies.<\/p><\/div><div
